While the new crop has not yet arrived, you can use frozen berries. Juice can be diluted with water if desired.

Ingredients:
currant – 1 tbsp.
cranberries – 0.5 tbsp.
blackberry – 0.5 tbsp.
cherry juice – 100 ml
nutmeg – 1 pinch

Cooking method:
Put all the berries in the blender bowl, add the nutmeg.
Pour in any juice. You can take cherry or grape. Beat the mass until smooth.
Pour smoothie into glasses and serve garnished with berries.
